This prompt made me laugh because there are so many answers to this. I enjoy dancing around my house when I clean or cook, but I don’t know if it counts. I enjoy a good cycle session on my Peloton with a good playlist, but I have to be in a place to do that.
My favorite way to exercise is to walk. Whether with my dog or alone, walking allows me time outside (or if it’s too hot or rainy, I walk on my treadmill) and time to think. I come up with my best ideas when I am walking. I love it, too, because I can accommodate it no matter how I feel. Feeling angry or stressed? Put on a good Metallica playlist and walk fast. Feeling tired? Maybe a good podcast and a slow walk. Need to get out of my office and think? No music, and take the scenic Palm Walk at ASU.
